Question: How long does cargo delivery take?
Answer: After your order is confirmed, your product is prepared, billing procedures are completed, and then it is handed over to the cargo company.
After your order is handed over to the cargo company, the delivery time of the cargo company may vary depending on the region where the delivery will be made. Shipments throughout the country are delivered within 2-3 days.
Question: Which payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We currently accept credit card and bank transfer payment methods. At the payment step, you can select your preferred payment method. To ensure secure payment, all our payment transactions are protected with SSL encryption technology.
Question: I want to pay at the door, is it possible?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not currently have a cash on delivery option available at the moment.
Question: My order was sent incomplete. What should I do?
Answer: If one or more of the products in your order appears as delivered on your invoice but is not in the delivered cargo package,
you can contact us by email or phone. After the necessary investigation is conducted, we will get back to you.
