You can return the products you purchased from the Online website within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. (Products with writing inside and special productions are arranged separately.)
Return/exchange is not made on products that are custom-made for the person, or that have been personalized or modified at the customer's request. Return/exchange of products that have been worn, scratched, or otherwise lost their originality due to use is not accepted. Products must be sent in the condition they were received.
After delivery, returns are not accepted for products that are not appropriate for health and hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings, headphones, etc.) from those whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened.
To exercise your right of return and exchange, you must notify https://ebruarte.com/ of this request within 14 days from the delivery date.
Products you send without making the necessary notification to https://ebruarte.com/ will not be evaluated within the scope of returns and will not be accepted.
You must send the products you wish to return in the condition they arrived to you; together with the product, invoice, packing slip, certificate, insurance forms and if any gift products, with the packaging of packaged products unopened, completely, to the address specified for return, after making the necessary notification. The VAT and any other legal obligations of products whose original invoice is not sent will not be refunded.
For invoices issued in the name of your company, in order for the return process to be completed, you must send the product together with a return invoice to be issued by your company. Return requests for orders invoiced in your company's name cannot be completed if a return invoice is not issued.
For return processes; by telling the nearest PTT Cargo official to you that it is an exchange/return shipment in the name of ebruarte, you can complete the return process by filling in the details written on the back of the invoice together with your order invoice and order number. Our customers do not pay cargo fees for this process.
For orders made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the return is made directly to the customer's account number. For orders made with a credit card, the amount is refunded to the credit card. Credit card refund transactions are made to the customer's card within 3 business days at the latest following ebruarte's receipt of the products by ebruarte. The amount is reflected on the card within 1-7 days due to inter-bank transactions.
Only the amount of the purchased products is refunded. For cash on delivery orders, the cash on delivery service fee is not refunded.
Only returns of barcoded products are accepted. Return of products with altered sizes, processed products, products without barcode and invoice is not possible.
Return of products that have been altered is not possible. These products include products that have been altered by ebruarte at the customer's request, alterations made by the customer or third parties after the customer purchased the product, and custom-made products. Processed products are excluded from warranty coverage.
